Prime Minister’s Questions is not very interesting for its content – Brown never answers the question unless it is a planted one from some lickspittle Labour stooge – but it can be very revealing of the character of participants and their reaction to pressure under fire. It also gives some feeling of the mood of the governing or opposition party. But it is never like this.
