It is bad enough that the Tories, who will, barring some unforeseen event, form the next 'government' of the United Kingdom, should have reneged upon their 'cast-iron' promise to hold a referendum on the EU Constitution (ake The Lisbon or Zombie Treaty). Now comes news from the horse's mouth that the Tories' EU policy upon coming into power will amount to inaction, procrastination and William Hague examining his navel very, very, very carefully.
