The moment when we discover whether Mr. David Cameron is a politician of genuine principle and valour or simply a gutless mountebank may be fast approaching. If the opinion polls being touted about are correct, then the Irish are about to make serious fools out of themselves by concluding that when they said "No!" they really meant "Yes".
