The BBC is institutionally incapable of resisting the chance of smearing those for whom it does not care, whether that be Lady Thatcher, Israel, Republicans in the USA, George Bush or any one else on its 'hate' list. Today the PM programme slipped in a quick smear against Her Majesty the Queen.
