Today we discuss Mugabe (bad), English votes on English laws (good), and the expenses sleaze at the top of Labour, which stinks at least as much as Tory sleaze did in their bad times and has now claimed Alistair Darling. But we concentrate again on the banks, and in particular HBOS, where the story goes from bad to farce, with the outlines of what happened becoming clearer and the added feebleness of the FSA reflecting badly on G Brown.
