Council Tax frozen for two years under Tories

Shadow Chancellor George Osborne has just confirmed that councils who work with a future Conservative government will see their Council Tax bills frozen for at least two years. This may be another top-down decision from central government, but it would be welcomed by taxpayers. Doubtless there will be more on this in the media shortly...
