The Labour conference is over but the promises just keep on coming, complete with more reheats than a second hand microwave. We are now in the era of Brut 33 government where, when it comes to our money, Labour's aim is to splash it all over. Evidently the hope is that some people will forget about more than a decade of incompetence...
