Dr Richard North writing on EU Referendum observes the comments of Polish President Lech Kaczynski, and his scorn of the notion of an EU common foreign policy, describing such a belief as a "joke". He is absolutely right. But he went further to suggest if the EU did have a common stance on foreign affairs it would be "submissiveness"...
