Our Dear Leader is apparently to hold the first cabinet meeting outside London for 87 years. This is said by Downing Street to be part of the government's commitment to "listen and learn" from people's experiences and to enable Ministers to have them an opportunity to "engage" with the public. Who are they kidding?
