News that the "No" campaign in Ireland has overtaken the "Yes" campaign in the referendum on the EU Constitutional Treaty is heartwarming for those, like us Britons, who were denied a say about our laws and regulations being controlled to an even greater degree by Brussels/Strasbourg.
