When federalists fall out

Splendid piece in the Telegraph by Bruno Waterfield about the shenanigans at the Constitutional Affairs Committee yesterday which may well result in smaller - particularly eurosceptic -groups being closed down after next year's European Elections. The final vote was illegal, and the issue has not settled down.
