Labour reveals incompentence on 10% tax rate

click here to go to the blog When in 2007 Gordon Brown announced a 2p reduction in the basic rate of income tax - from 22% to 20% - he was cheered to the rafters by jubilant Labour MPs. He also abolished the 10% starting rate of income tax which, until today when the changes came into force, helped low income families to keep more of what they earned. But now...
