Trapped in its own little provincial bubble, The Times is back reporting on "ministers" plans to lower the limit to 50 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood, from the existing limit of 80mg. The latest development is that our provincial government is "proposing" that drink drivers would no longer automatically lose their licences when found over the lower proposed limit...
