President Bush vetoed a bill that would have outlawed waterboarding and other so-called 'harsh interrogation techniques' the Angry Left persists in calling torture. Perhaps it might be helpful to look at what torture is and isn't, and to take a good look at far more effective techniques that we're mostly not using at all...
