Labour's decline continues

An amusing coda to the story picked up by Richard North about the proposal for public buildings to fly the union flag more often. The government consulted on the proposal and promised to publish the results. But ministers have now changed their minds, since "a backlash by “middle England” generated hundreds of letters of protest" ....
