EU To Make 'Free Sex' Uneconomic

When Friedman declared that there was no such thing as a free lunch, people took note. In whatever way, you would always end up paying for it, or at least someone would. What goes for free lunches must apply equally to free sex. There has to be a price to be paid somewhere - either by someone else or by yourself.
