EU money announced again by EUBBC

The BBC is continuing to keep its EU lenders happy, by reporting on its politics page the planned payment of £120m of EU Solidarity Fund money towards dealing with last summer's floods - again. This 'news' seems to be making more England appearances than David Beckham. It keeps on being announced but no money has been paid so far...
