Iain Dale has mentioned on his blog yesterday's 'reheated' announcement on Neighbourhood Policing. Gordon Brown said that from April people will be able to telephone or email local police officers in their council ward and have power over how their streets are policed. The problem is this is not so much a 'reheat' of an announcement as a regurgitation...
