Forget regulation as cure for sub-prime - it's the cause

Brown is so wrong about lack of transparency being the cause of the sub-prime crisis. There never was so much data available for decision-takers. The IT revolution has enabled Executives and others to know precisely where they are in the risk ballpark. It's just that these operators are gambling with someone else's money and not their own.....
