Liam "Pants on fire" Byrne has been at it again. Last year he stated that 52% of migrants arriving in Britain came from outside the European Union. Migrationwatch however said that the true number was actually 68% because Byrne had included Britons returning home stays abroad in his calculations. Lo and behold! The Daily Telegraph reports...
