Dial 112 for European unity

Today is 11 February which, expressed in numerical form is 112 – something which the EU commission could not let pass – this being the single European emergency number. It has therefore launched a new initiative, calling for "EU citizens" to be "better informed" about the number. To the commission's alarm, it appears that only 22 percent of its ungrateful "citizens" ...
