Trouble 't Mill?

Not for the first time in recent months there is a somewhat 1970s feel to politics with the Government giving teachers a pay rise of 2.45 percent (with rises of 2.3 percent for each of the next two years). Thus no sooner had they set a notional public sector pay rise limit of two percent than they had breached it.
