It was with great sadness that I read of the death today of Sir John Harvey-Jones. Sir John was a hugely respected former "Industrialist of the Year" and "Motivator of the Year" and personally credited with transforming ICI. Many people can think back to a point in their lives when they met someone extraordinary who left a permanent impression...
