Old Guard Meets Its Waterloo?

Initially it was being hawked about, by the BBC’s Nick Robinson, for one, that Conway was a popular MP who had friends in high places and that Cameron would not be keen to take on these vested interests. Yet within twenty-four hours Conway was toast.
