As I predicted yesterday, the MoD says it is treating the latest loss of data "with the utmost seriousness". Doubtless this means a "full review" by an expensive outsider to produce a list of "lessons learned". It's worth remembering that these "lessons" concern one of the absolute basics of doing business in the modern world ...
