The Bush Administration is now in secret talks with an oficially declared terrorist organization,Iran's Revolutionary Guard over Iraq.This is further evidence that the Bush Administration is prepared to deal with Iran and with Syria in exchange for quiet in Iraq;the deeply flawed NIE,acceptance of a Syria/Hezbollah proxy in Lebanon and pressure on Israel are part of the deal.
