David Miliband has warned the Labour Party that it needs to show it is excited, not exhausted, by the prospect of a fourth term in government. Miliband believes Labour can win the next election if it offers more change and more experience than the Tories. God help the UK. We have seen what Labour's idea of "change" has done to Britain over the last 10 years...
