Just think how much bigger the Conservative lead would be if David Cameron offered the English real democratic equality within the Union by promising an English Parliament; and if he guaranteed a referendum on the EU Constitution Treaty of Lisbon come what may, should the Conservatives form the next government. These nettles must be grasped...
