Nation Shall Speak With Two Voices At Least

The idea that the BBC should not be the only recipient of the Broadcasting Tax (aka "The Licence Fee") that is being considered by the Tories is one which may well appeal to those of us who loath the BBC and its self-appointed role as the propaganda arm of Socialism in general and the Labour Party in particular.
