Why England cannot have a Parliament

I can best describe the feeling of watching David Lammy on Question Time last night arguing against an English Parliament as similar to having a tooth pulled. Slowly. Without anaesthetic. Are Labour politicians aware of just how idiotic they look when they say the Scots deserve their devolved government, the Welsh should have a greater say over themselves…
