Their Contempt for Democracy is Boundless

click here to go to the blog Were referenda on the Constitution Treaty to be held across the Union by its members, most would be lost according to President Sarkozy of France. Yet the only country which has decided to afford its citizens a say on the matter is Ireland and that only because it is a constitutional requirement so to do. The rest of us can go hang.
