Remembrance parking fines

As most people stopped what they were doing yesterday and stood in respectful silence at 11 o'clock on the eleventh day of the eleventh month in due deference to the war dead, Halifax Parking Wardens in blatant disrespect were placing fixed penalty parking fine notices on the cars of those who were attending the remembrance ceremony.
