Perverting justice in the name of 'peace'

One wonders how this Labour government would feel if Germany refused a British extradition request for an Islamist terrorist resting up in Frankfurt on the basis he had had a hard life, witnessed a traumatic event, felt a bit fragile and had believed for a number of years that he was safe from the reach of the law?
