Now its the Mayor of Sunderland in a Parking row

Not content with free parking in Sunderland the Mayor's chauffeur seems to think that parking rules do not apply to OGR 1 wherever it goes. The picture on the left is of the Mayor of Sunderland's car as it appeared on the front page of the Keswick Reminder newspaper last week.
