On the official One London website there is a piece about Hizonner's latest diplomatic effort. What diplomatic effort, One London Blogger hears. Has David Miliband appointed him to be his special envoy? Well, no, but Hizonner thinks that as long as he is Mayor of LondON, he should be running a separate foreign policy, paid for by the long-suffering taxpayer.
