Just one thing after another

With much rejoicing we finally got rid of the hideous Alison Lepper, pregnant statue from the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square. It was not a secret that the successor would also be ugly, expensive and offensive to the eye. Thomas Schütter's "Glass Hotel" has now been unveiled and pretty hideous it is, too, though, to be fair, not as offensive as its predecessor.
